Poorly constructed, waste of money.
Very Bad Design. The water is where the handle slots in. To fill the tank the handle, which is only secured by a pin, has to be removed. I used this once when I got the item filling before I attached the handle. The next time I needed to remove the handle to fill it and the pin come out and dropped into the tank. Consequently the handle was not attached and when I attempted to use it and it fell spilling hot water all over my feet and the floor. My previous floor steamer was a genie from Asda costing £35. and lasted 5 years. Sadly no longer available. I have also used expensive steamers over the years which did not last as long. Altogether very disappointed with the quality although the only time I was able to steam the floor, it did the job fine. I would not waste money on this and advise people to check how the handles are attached and how the tank is filled on other steamers.

it broke within a couple of weeks. this is the second one I have purchased 1 from wilko and the other online both were rubbish
