Picture showed that it comes with both red and black ink cartridges but it only came with black ink ones. Ink leaks a little while capped. Dirtied my fingers when using. Pen is not bad and quite fine to use. Not really nice to use. Really average or below that To Amazon, you are a premium intermediary, please do supply only great and best products, otherwise let other suppliers do it. .

I have used this pen for almost a year and a half and couldn’t be more satisfied. The weight feels just right, it’s comfortable to hold, and it writes smoothly. It’s a well-built, high-quality fountain pen that’s great for daily use. Just last month, a small issue developed with the silver ring that connects the two body pieces. I reached out to customer service with a photo, and what followed was, without question, the best and easiest issue resolution I’ve ever experienced as a customer. I sent a single message. The first representative I spoke to immediately arranged to send me a replacement pen and let me know when it shipped. Within 2-3 days, the new pen arrived. I was surprised when I opened the package, because they didn’t just send the pen in a pouch, they sent me the complete original package, which includes more ink refills. The excellent customer service gave me real peace of mind about buying this brand in the future. I’ve bookmarked their online store on my browser for future purchases for myself or as gifts.
