Hartleys White 8 Cube Unit and 4 Grey Storage Drawers

A little unsturdy when trying to build, but once built very good.. lovely item

Came much quicker than stated, easy to put together and are very sturdy. Draws are actually very deep and hold alot. Using currently for my toddlers toy storage and I love how they look in my room. Transformed my living room! Highly highly recommend

RUBBISH. Feels so weak and unsteady. Cheap and thin. Smaller than IKEA kallax so if you want them, pay the extra bit of money

This attractive unit looks great & is very good value. Its frame is thinner than some other makes but if not for that, it wouldn't have fitted so perfectly into the alcove in my living room!Construction was straightforward & didn't take too long. It felt wobbly while I was putting it together but it held together okay once the back panels were attached. I had wondered if these were necessary but they definitely are; I left one off because my router is housed in that particular cube & I wanted to run the cable through the back but I wouldn't recommend leaving out more than one (I should probably put a hole in the back panel & then attach it). The screw-hole covers are paper instead of the usual plastic, which was a little disappointing as they are more visible & easily damaged than plastic ones but they are still okay from a distance (while they last) & mine is in an alcove where they can't really be seen anyway.I particularly like the cubes. I daresay they can't take a huge amount of weight but they aren't a flimsy as I was expecting either. At first I wondered if I should bother with them but they make it that little bit more attractive & are perfect for tidying up small items.This unit has not only given me some handy storage in what was previously a dead space but also looks attractive & is great for displaying ornaments & plants, etc. Highly Recommended.

Took 2 to assemble but was not difficult. It looks fab. It was a great buy

It’s a utility piece so with that said it doesn’t look half bad. Assembly took about a half an hour and I’ve been happy with the space the product provides. However it is not as sturdy as two 4 cube units would be. This is because the middle wall bisecting it vertically into two columns of 4 shelves is not a single piece. It is four squares that you wedge in between the shelves, meaning there is nothing down the middle to act as a spine or support beam. It also effectively has no back to it. Instead of s single piece that covers the unit’s surface area at the back, you get 4 individual squares for 4 of the 8 cubes. I’ve placed the unit at a distant corner of the room so it is never near much movement. Consider also using glue to reinforce the assembly.

I purchased two of these units and when I received them they did not fit where I originally wanted them for, so I was going to return but they are just soo nice and so handy for storage and display that I got rid of stuff just to place these in my home and Iam so happy I did they are great and look very nice would recommend and recommend the seller as fast delivery and just as discribed.
