Datacolor Spyder Celebration Kit
The kit includes the 2024 Spyder, Spyder Cube, and Spyder Checkr 24, which together make up a comprehensive colour management system from capture to display. The Spyder 2024 is amazing for calibrating my monitor, ensuring that the colours I see while editing are accurate. It's easy to set up and works quickly to give you the confidence that what you're seeing on your screen is true to life. I’ve noticed a big difference in the consistency of my work across different devices and prints, which is super important for professional photography. The Spyder Cube helps with accurate white balance and exposure adjustments right from the start of the editing process. I’ve used it on several shoots, and it's helped me get the most out of my RAW files. It’s also super compact and easy to use on the go. Spyder Checkr 24 is great for colour accuracy. With its 24 colour patches, it makes colour correction easy and precise, ensuring that my images look true to colour no matter how they’re displayed

Definitely worth getting if you're a pro photographer
I was having arguments with my printers due to colours and darkness that I was gett8ng from them. They kept saying it was my files. So I got the spider calibration kit. Made a huge difference and they were partly right, but now I can compare and point out where prints are wrong.

Spyder is like Google, synonymous with what it does
I haven't used one of these for years and had forgotten how essential they are for ensuring good colour accuracy. When I had a studio in Paris I wouldn't have been without one but I left that world behind and switched careers, selling off all my gear.I recently picked up my cameras again for both stills work and video, and have spent a year or so working on a triple monitor setup trusting my eye to ensure colour accuracy.Picking this up has just reinforced how trusting ones own eye is a rather foolish way of going about things, sure my monitors are all high quality and came calibrated from the shop, but boy was I surprised atA: how much they had drifted from their original 99% accuracy, andB: how very different they were from each other, despite two being exactly the same model. If you are new to colour science it may appear a tad daunting at first but never let first impressions fool you, the kit comes with all you need to calibrate camera, monitor and set up your shooting session, and once used you will wonder how you lived without. Also If, like me, you work in a space with constantly changing light then this is an essential to ensure consistency in day to day workflow.I can't recommend this enough! How I Rate- ***** Don’t think, just buy it!- **** Nothing to complain about, I’d spend my own money on this.- *** Does what it should but there may be better alternatives- ** Problems or issues encountered that outweigh any benefits.- * Run for the door!I only order Items that I or my family have a genuine use for and as such you can be sure that they are tested in real world warts and all situations. Whilst I did receive this item for free through the Amazon Vine program this has in no way influenced my review.

Makes getting accurate and consistent colours easy
The media could not be loaded. This kit is a complete workflow kit, everything you need is included, you haveThe Spyder - for calibrating your screenThe Colorchecker 24 - ideal for getting consistent colour between camerasThe Spyder Cube for dialing in Contrast and white balanceThe kit itself comes in a fantastic case and in itself is really good, so good I might have to find another use for it, it's too good to sit in a cupboard to store my datacolor kit.Using the Spyder is really easy, simply download the software and run through the procedure step by step, I've used it many times before this review and honestly no matter how good your monitor is, you'd be surprised how the colours can drift and change over time, I've included a video showing how my 4 figure editing monitor changes, calibrated with the spyder it looks fantastic again. The colour checker 24 and spyder cube are all about getting white balance and contrast and colour space correct, ideal if like me you use multiple brands of camera as it's a neat way of getting them to match without going through it all by hand.Overall, really impressed with both the kit itself and the results, this isn't just for professionals this is a vital bit of kit for anybody wanting their work to look its best, as you know your colours and right every time and with a calibrated screen you can edit with confidence too.Highly recommended.

What's it ment to do lol
I got this to match my screen, work and prints. What it did was make my screen darker, which in turn made my prints lighter. I did all the set up. Just a con. Best thing to do is use your naked eye, print you photo and hold it next to your screen and play around with the setting untill they match. It's free and faster then the set up of this over priced rubbish.
