Will use k&n filter it was quick and easy to fit in the mini save on fuel and better performance

Nice filter
Not sure about performance but its definitely smoother when flooring my car. I notice tiny bit of improvement in fuel economy. The engine sounds better too when idling and accelerating.

I’ve now gone back to K&N and won’t move away again
Historically, I’ve always used K&N, but for my mini F56 JCW, I decided to try a Piper cross panel which proved to be very poor quality after just a few months. I then moved onto iTG after multiple recommendations, but really didn’t like the foam filter design which seemed to let debris through. Finally, I went back to K&N and absolutely love this product. The quality is great, and you can feel that it’s designed to last. You’re obviously not going to get any huge performance gains, however I am more interested in fitting quality parts to my car. I would say that there is definitely an improvement in engine sound and as other people have mentioned the throttle feels a little bit more responsive. I would definitely recommend these.

Superb - wouldn't hesitate to buy again...
Bought for BMW X1 25d - thats done around 12K miles. It gives a much smoother pull away, especially when engine is cold plus it sounds marginally better when idleing. Hard to really comment on performance yet, although I know engine is getting much improved air-flow to it which can only help. As for the MPG - Oh yes most certainly. Onboard computer is showing between 5-7% increase since installed. 100% recommend this product and will fit one to all vehicles I get in future.

Quality
Always had a K&N filter either a panel or induction kit over 30 years. Trusted brand. Just as good as ever.

Excellent
Fitted this to my wifes new John Cooper Works and she loved it from day one. Its made the engine more responsive, smoother and abit quiter. It drives in midi now like its in sport mode and well in sport mode its another animal.
