Our Highland cow (Caramel) is absolutely beautiful, a few bits of fluff were a little knotted when we first took him out of his packaging(to be expected) but a little brush he is now perfect, cute and Cuddly. I bought this for my Mum and Dad, although my Daughter saw him and wanted him, so I may have to buy another! You cannot go wrong. Reading feedback put me off a bit, I don't know why because he is gorgeous!.

Really impressed with this bottle. The heat permeates through all the layers. It doesn’t leak and when you wake up in the morning it is still warm. Impressive quality.
