Organic pumpkin seeds from EU
Sourced in the EU (Austria) and it’s quite dark in colour, which according to Google, means it’s higher in antioxidants. Tastes great and I would definitely buy again!

Great taste
These are great. Slightly smaller than other Austrian pumpkin seeds I've had in past Taste even better lightly oven roasted to bring out the flavour and crunchiness! 😋

I find these to be a great balance of taste and crunch without subsequent dental intervention. I also like that they are from Austria and not from china.

Good healthy snack
Thes are nice large seeds. I roast them in a frying pan with a bit of seasalt for a few minutes. Very tasty with high nutrient quantity. The product was good and fresh when it arrived and was not rancid in any way. Re-seal carefully to keep them that way. The less oxygen exposure the better. Once rancidity starts it accelerates rapidly.

I have been buying Sevenhillls organic seeds & powders for a long time the quality is outstanding. This is the first time trying the pumpkin seeds and without doubt are the best I have ever eaten. The seeds are fresh, crunchy and taste delicious.
