HP 8300 Elite Small Form Desktop Computer PC (Intel Core i5-3470, 3.2GHz, 16GB RAM, 240GB, SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit) (Renewed)

HP 8300 elite was delivered on time and as described and so far is working great. It came with a USB wireless network adapter (N capable on 2.4 ghz) which was not in the description. I ended up buying a better one that is AC600 and 5ghz compatible and gets 6X the download speeds. It makes a clunk sound when it boots but only at startup and it is quick to boot with the SSD. I am not sure if it is the hard drive or something else. I will make a back up image of the drive so I can restore to another drive in case it fails.

Got this to add some hard drives for use as a makeshift NAS.Aside from some unconventional mounting on the inside, a very well put together PC. Windows 10 runs perfectly right out of the box.Great product!

This was my first PC that I used for home studio and light gaming. It was a great starter PC as it taught me the basics of PC building and a upgrading. I upgraded by inserting an MSI 1050ti low profile GPU, which worked great, but there was definitely some bottlenecking going on, but the CPU is still quite efficient especially for it's age.Overall, if you're looking for an efficient starter PC for home use and light gaming, this is an excellent entry point.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a reconditioned desk top computer from the USA to be sent to Canada but so far I have no regrets. It was straightforward to set up and it is working wonderfully for me - e mail, internet, word processing. I had to download the setup for my older Samsung printer but once I did that and followed the instructions it is working great. No problems. I would highly recommend this computer.

The HP 8300 Elite SFF came packaged very well in heavy duty, form fitting, bubble wrap. Its very clean both inside and out. It booted up very quickly. It runs very quietly, quickly, and cool. After running for a few hours, the HP 8300 Elite was still cool to the touch. Opening it up, everything was still cool inside. This really surprised me. Every computer I have ever had, prior to this always got hot, or very hot. I"m very happy with this purchase.

Refurbished PC replaces a 12 year old PC that was extremely slow which was frustrating. Old PC was used for general household routines like writing documents, spreadsheets and viewing wwbsites. Once I backed our data from old PC the refurbished PC has been very pleasant to use. Smooth transitions between applications with minimal wait.

Great buy sliw for games not enough memory is probably what it is idk more ram?

Exceptionally happy with this purchase! Buying another one to give to my parents. Fast boot speed!! Void of all the "advertising" programs found on new retail computers...that alone was awesome.
