Pros:- super convenient charging- Kickstand- Detachable charging cord- I can plug in other items like earbud case just by disconnecting the magnet.- Quality item- inexpensiveCons:- Lost one that fell off my phone at the airport- Second one just died after 18mo- We’ll see how long this 3rd one lasts- does get hot sometimes.- need to provide your own higher output charger.Overall: a good value for the convenience and functionality.

First impression, it looks nice. It is significantly smaller than what I have been using (Samsung's official charging pad), and the metal kickstand seems stable and durable.For my Samsung Galaxy S20 (with magnetic case), this charger works well as a kickstand, but delivers inefficient power. Due to its compact size, it heats up quickly while charges the phone slowly in standard charging rate. The phone surprisingly picks up the fast charging mode when enabled in the phone setting, but I can imagine the heat issue becoming worse.For my Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 (non magsafe charging case), it always stops charging after a few minutes regardless of how I reposition the charger. It only adds 2-3% during my overnight charging. In other words, it never fully charges the Buds 2 to 100%.I liked the idea and the versatility, but it does not work out for Samsung devices. I would keep it if it at least properly charged my both daily devices.[update: from 3 stars to 5 stars] ESR team reached out regarding my review and sent a free replacement product (their wireless charger with a built in fan). Although that one is significantly bigger than any wireless charger I have used, I no longer have problem fully charging my Samsung devices due to overheating. Another difference between this product and the replacement is that the replacement uses the barrel type port for input instead of USB-C. I prefer the replacement product over this since I do not mind the fan noise, which returns a much better charging temperature . Overall, I am highly satisfied with the experience with ESR.

Great magsafe charger for my iPhone 16. The only concern is that the charger does run a little hot if the iPhone is on the charger for an extended period of time.

It is smaller too.Part of the solution to getting best performance out of the charger is the power source you plug it into.To get best charging speed, you MUST plug it into a 9 volt 2 amp source. Less than 9v or 2a, not only will the charging speed be substantially reduced, both the charger and the receiver will run hot, since they are straining to get enough power, so they are not running smoothly and consistently and instead varying charge by struggling to stay at optimum.Anyway, I hope this helps.Spent a lot of time, trying different Qi chargers and receivers, measuring charge rates and times and this one combination was immensely faster than all others! Almost as fast as a direct cable, instead of wireless Qi.

It works. The magnet is strong. The length is good. The charger get slightly hot and the overall charging is slow.

Very small and light and does a great job o charging my phone overnight. It's small enough to pack for travel as well.

I was very excited about receiving this charger. It had a very strong magnet and the braided cable was nice as well. However after using it for about a week it would no longer charge my phone. I contacted the manufacturer and they were able to replace it. My rating is on the product itself and not the fact that i received a dud. I understand that sometimes that happens. I would definitely encourage a friend to purchase this product.
