Setup was fast and easy. The illustrated instructions are small but readable but not necessary for anyone with basic understanding of setting up computers with 2 monitors.I had a minor issue with the audio but the seller responded within 2 hours with a solution. Impressive customer service indeed.I had ordered 2 other brands here on Amazon and had to return both as neither one would function correctly.

Great little switch, nice build quality, solid, except for one tiny issue that took a while to troubleshoot: It does not do HDMI 2.1 from the PC's. Tested with Nvidia 2060,2080, 2060, and 4070, as well as Radeon 5700, 6600, and 6700. In all cases, the HDMI 2.0b worked great and the pictures were beautiful. Alas, the HDMI 2.1 cards all failed to pass the video signal through. Will probably keep he card for the bench, but will keep looking for one that actually works
