I use these boxes for various things to “hide them in plain sight”. They live on the counter in my kitchen holding specialty serving pieces.

This trio of faux shagreen boxes are nice quality. The construction and hinges are solid. The color, pattern and sizes are as shown online. I use one box in the living room to house those small items to keep handy - tv remotes, nail file, pen/pencil, etc. The other two I use in other rooms as decor objects. Highly recommend.

I ordered this set for my night table. I was concerned from the reviews that it might look cheap, it does not. My designer came over and saw them, she asked where I got them and was surprised they were Amazon. I only use the two smaller boxes on the night table because the bottom box is pretty big. They’re very lovely.
