Yes, it comes with d-fantix stand currently.

Are the corners supposed to move?

They move along with the side that is moving like any other twisty cube. I had to tighten mine to prevent the corners from twisting in place, which is maybe what you're asking about. If so, the answer is 'no', the corners are not intended to twist in place and will make the cube unsolvable (unless you are super lucky). To tighten you easily pop off the centers of each side and use a small philips screwdriver. The caps are little harder to put back on.

How do you fix this cube, if it comes apart?

It happened to me. I tried to fix it but it somehow it needs to be attached from the inside, or snapped from the outside in the right order. I gave up. I bought another one.
