**Q: I’ve used the same bag for almost a year... I’m thinking it could use a washing! Any special instructions?**
A: Hey there, happy to hear you’re still using the same bag after a year! For a more thorough wash feel free to use a little dish soap and soak overnight. If you have any mold etc. then try a 1 : 4 mixture of vinegar + baking soda to water. Chloe, Customer Happiness Manager

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: While the product indicates it is "designed" in California I don't recall seeing any markings that states where the cotton is from.

**Q: Is Doppelgänger Goods a legit company? I can find no other info about them on the web.**
A: Everything came in legit, they even ha follow up emails to see how I was enjoying the product and had any questions or concerns. Its a good bag too, had it almost a year now. Living in south Texas, it gets year round use.

**Q: How is this product certified organic?**
A: It is made in China, so rest assured the certification is totally legit, just like my Louis Vuitton bag I picked up in China Town. And I’m sure it does not have lead contaminants in it from the equipment used in their manufacturing process - they would never do that. Honestly, if you want organic, China is the last place I would buy from. There air is toxic in many places and it gets into everything. Good luck
