Review: Great mold with easy release of chocolate. - This has quickly become one of my favorite brands for chocolate molds. Very sturdy for heavy use and the bars just drop out with no effort. The bars come out shiny and look fantastic. Chocolate also snaps cleanly into bite size pieces.
Review: High quality product - This is a solid polycarbonate mold. I currently have 8-10 molds from this company and they are all of the same, sturdy quality. Chocolate pops out easily. Molds arrived in pristine condition. I think the reviewers who have had trouble removing their chocolate either didn't temper correctly or didn't cool long enough. If chocolate is getting stuck in this mold, it's not the fault of the mold. When I fill this mold to the brim with 70% dark chocolate, the bars weigh about 74-78 grams. To me, the bars feel a tad bit too thick. I wish they were closer to 65 grams, but I will try to get the hang of filling them a little bit less.

This is a solid polycarbonate mold. I currently have 8-10 molds from this company and they are all of the same, sturdy quality. Chocolate pops out easily. Molds arrived in pristine condition. I think the reviewers who have had trouble removing their chocolate either didn't temper correctly or didn't cool long enough. If chocolate is getting stuck in this mold, it's not the fault of the mold. When I fill this mold to the brim with 70% dark chocolate, the bars weigh about 74-78 grams.
