Good quality, easy to prepare, perfect for savoury as well as cake like dishes
As per title, and it takes just eight mins from boiling point, size and texture of its ‘grains’ are perfect to add layer and structure to both savoury and sweet recipes(but don’t be fooled by “wheat” in its name)

Be aware: it's a green buckwheat, not roasted
There is no information in the description, but the photos clearly depict roasted (brown) buckwheat. The buckwheat I received was green, so be aware. I take one star for that.
