They taste good and give you a good energy boost. They are pricey and I think it would be better to have a resealable bag with a larger quantity available ( like the gum is packaged now.)

I only take 2 of these at a time and it's a nice little, barely noticeable perk. It's not like some big caffeine hit. It's subtle and wakes you up a bit. If you take more than 2 you'll of course get a bigger jolt. They taste great too, mocha flavored.

Great refreshing mint. No overpowering mint flavor. Nor too much caffeine. Just right. I usually pop 2 or 3 after I eat. Keeps me moving.
