Is it rubber or hard plastic?

The case is hard plastic with rubber feet.

I am looking for this design for an A1342. will a cover for 1369/A1466 work or do you have same design for A1342?

I have A1466 the "Four seasons" design. I am not sure about the A1342, I know five of my co-workers have your design in different colors, but we all have A1466. I would try it if you really want it.

How do I wash the keyboard?

I’ve never washed it, but it’s silicone so I guess you could just wash it in soapy water.
