Product is very good. Wooden quality and finish is decent. Seller provided the excellent service. Easy to assemble.

I Was first reluctant to buy furniture from Amazon as it does not Ship from Amazon and in past had bitter experience with other products that dont ship from Amazon. I spoke with Customer care and they suggested to go ahead with purchase and involve them once the order is placed. After Placing order as suggested, contacted Amazon Customer care and they routed me to Seller Support service.The Seller was very acknowledging and responded to every query from the time of Order and as soon as the product was shipped from the Sellers factory outlet they provided the courier service and tracking number to keep a track on the shipment.The seller was contantly following up with me on whatsapp about the status. The product had reached the destination but the courier guys wanted to delay the delivery by one day ahead. Seller immediately pitched in and made sure its delivered without delay. Was happy with the service. Seller was ready to provide assistance if needed over Video call. I managed it myself.The product was completely DIY, But had to first open the box and align all items before assembling.None of the items were missing. For a person how know to play Jigsaw its easier to assemble.I am happy with the product and quality of the furniture.Only Feedback I would like to suggest is to provide a Single page print of which part goes where for assembling and markings on each piece where the Bolts are fixed A to A , B to B something like that.If Markings are made then it will become much more easier for assembling the DIY items.Rest Happy with the product, Amazon service and Seller Customer service, Especially from Order raised till order delivered and followup after the product was assembled.

It took a long time to deliver, but it's absolutely worth the wait. Beautiful & Sturdy. Great fitting, easy to assemble . Value for money. Cushion are very comfortable.

We had bought the coffee table along with the wooden sofa. WE are very satisfied with the wood. and the VALUE FOR MONEY. The finish is good as well. looks good.

Likes: Looks very neat, elegant dark walnut color. Very simple design yet looks appealing and pleasing. Small side space to keep reading materials is added convenience. Nice concept.Dislikes: manufacturing has minor defects while assembling. "L" clamps are not aligned. If proper tools are not available, one cannot assemble. Just a spanner and allen key is not enough to make alignment to fix bolts.After sales service like trained assembly person is not available on time. I would rate the manufacturing alignment at 3 stars. Under seat support bar dowtail joint is also with defective angle. Delivery at 5 stars - early delivery and one call to inform delivery time.

We recently purchased a sofa, which arrived with one plank missing. However, Natraj Art and Craft quickly addressed the issue by sending the missing plank. We appreciate their prompt response and excellent customer service. The sofa is sturdy, comfortable, and of high quality. We are highly satisfied with the product and would recommend it to others.

Fraud to the customer

I was a bit sceptical about ordering a sofa set online. But took a chance with this. This is as good if not better than getting it from a wood furniture store near your place. I ordered this 3+2+1 set. The delivery took some time as it was festive season. But we unboxed it. The only problem is that this is DIY and it is not easy. If you like DIY then it's very good. Or else you will face some difficulty. But the seller is very good. I stay in Bangalore and he arranged a furniture guy who would help me setup the furniture. If you do DIY then please start with the smallest box which is the single piece sofa.The wood is very good. Sheesham is top notch quality. It has been close to a month and there is no creaking sound as well even though I did the DIY. The cushion is not that hard neither it is too soft. My father has lower back issue and he is able to sit comfortably.Go ahead and try this sofa!!
