Q: Can you swim with these?

Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 has a rating of IP68 for waterproof and dustproof. Although the earbuds can withstand continuous immersion in water for 30 minutes up to 1.5 meters, it is not suitable for swimming as Bluetooth signals do not pass through water. We recommend our JBL Endurance Dive, which features an IPX7 rating and a built-in MP3 player designed for swimming activities.

Q: How do you change the volume level on the earbud?

Thanks for reaching out. The default volume control for our JBL Endurance Peak 3 is on the right earbud. Tap once for volume up and twice for volume down. You may also change the gestures for each earbud via the JBL Headphones App.
