Absolutely worked at designed and TSA did not have ANY issues with it for our meds in our carry on bag. Only one agent at one airport flagged it as suspicious, but once they pulled it out and looked at it, they immediately put it back in the bag and passed it on. It held temperature for a long time. Priced well and worked great!

Kept my meds well chilled on a long flight. Kept them well insulated and protected from damage. The temperature stayed well regulated. Good little case. The case fit snuggly in my carry on luggage. You may have an issue if you have more than 3 or 4 thick med (GLP) type syringes.

These are a must when going on a plane and you are going medication that requires it be kept cool. Temperature held and the protection was there. Also, very easy to transport.

Good for one or two pens. But when you use a GLP-1 as well, it will not fit properly. I had to take one of the ice packs out to make it fit. Flying to Europe this one ice pack did not keep it cold enough. Temp was in 60’s on arrival. Nice case, just not big enough for what I needed.

Works great - took on a 14 night trip to Europe, kept medication cool for a 5 hour drive to the airport, a 10 ½ hour flight to the UK then a 3 hour drive to the hotel.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this medication cooler Travel case. I have been pleasantly surprised and I’ve only had the product a few days. The freezer ice packs which come with it are very high-quality as is the case itself. This is a battery operated device, which shows digitally what the inside temperature is, which is vital if you must travel in order to keep your refrigerated medication’s at a proper temperature. Though I have not been on a long journey yet, I have been using this for a few days to take medication with me to work and it is incredibly accurate. I have left it out for 12 hours at a time and it’s working to keep my meds cool. My husband and I are going on a cruise soon and I will be traveling overseas to visit family and I plan to take this precious little package with me. The size of the case is a little bulky yet it’s absolutely worth it if you must travel along distance with refrigerated medication’s. I ordered my case in blue and I truly love the color. It looks expensive and high-quality. The design is smart and easy to use. Great value for what you get!

It's larger than I expected. Good sturdy case, I pleased.

The cooler keeps insulin cold for a good amount of time. There is a lot more room than some others. Only downside is, if you refreeze the ice packs unevenly it pushes against the insulin pen and thermometer display. The display then pops out. They need to come up with a way to secure it better.

I purchased this bag to carry injections that I need to take which are more bulky than insulin pens. I think I can get about 4 to 5 injections in at the most. My injections need to be refrigerated so it will keep them cool in transit until I can access a fridge. Quite pleased with the product. Generally I wish these bags were made bigger for people like me that have to carry bulky injections and not insulin ones.

Perfect for traveling. Ice packs stayed cold.
