This SereneLife Eye Massager was purchased as a 36th birthday gift for my daughter. She is a wife, mother of a 4-yr old, and works full-time at a large University. She has used this product a few times and let me know that it works great and allows her time to rest her eyes and relax with Spa music, heat and massage. My daughter is happy; therefore, I am happy with this purchase. I recommend this Seller and the product.

This product just works, and that's awesome. It gets relatively warm pretty quickly. The speakers aren't great but that's not surprising, it's still nice to have.The vibration is pretty basic - it vibrates once every second or so, 15 times, then vibrates rapidly ~15 times, and repeat. I wish the vibration was more in sync with the pressure point massage.The pressure point massage is great - it helps below the eye and on the temples quite effectively. It barely ever hits above the eye, which is unfortunate for me - that's where a lot of eye strain is (the muscles above your eye, between your eye and eyebrow, are largely responsible for keeping your eye open). I do wish you could control it on your own more, for example to get it to focus one area, but that's not an option with an similar eye massager I've found.Overall, it's really great after a day in the office in front of the computer. It helps reduce soreness from eye strain. It's nice to use while meditating too, if you can ignore the slightly loud (not too loud) sounds coming from the vibration and massage components.

It didn’t turn on when I got it. Reached out to customer service and they are going to replace the product. Will give an update when it arrives.Update: customer service did take a while and my original order was bad but now I have a working product that helps with my headaches. I actually fell asleep with it on. Overall I am satisfied with the product I am not too happy that it took sick a long time to get.

It has vibration mode where it regularly vibrate while massaging, and last but not the least, a preinstalled relaxing, SPA like background music!You can control different mode. you can have music, heater, or have it vibrate while massaging. you can even upload your favorite musics and listen to it while having a relaxing moment of your life!When i got this, i immediately put it to work, after just 5 minutes, I went into snooze mode! I love the way it massage around the eyes and your temple. It feels so good that this is now part of my daily bedtime routine. And the beauty of it, i woke up fresh and ready to see the world with smiling eyes!

Very happy with this. I never thought there was such a thing as an automatic electronic eye massager, but my eyes were hurting so I thought I would search and this one had the best features. The first thing to know is the device inflates pockets of air that press against your eyes so it’s gentle. The package arrived from Amazon in bad shape but the box was so well made that it withstood the torture. It is some of the nicest packaging I’ve seen (see picture). They come with a protective cloth to cover the non-removable fabric so it’s easy to clean. A press of the button toggles through all available modes which is a combination of air (massage), heat, and vibrate and it’s very easy to find while using them. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be to have the device lock in the open position, but that would only be useful when of my head because it’s not a problem while using them.Very easy to add music by attaching the supplied USB cable. The massager shows up as a new drive and I dropped my MP3’s there. It already had ambiance music files and they were very good quality, I’ll definitely continue to use those sounds too.

After reading the reviews I didn't really know what to expect? Was it going to be too noisy, uncomfortable or a gimmick? Well it was none of those things!Noise? Sure it makes a little noise, what would one expect? It has small motors in it to operate air compressor etc., noise is not overwhelming. I wear a set of noise cancelling headphones playing music of my choice of music, no problem.Comfort? It took a couple of uses to find a position and head tension that suited me. Now I don't notice it apart from it doing its thing.Gimmick? No, not really. It is soothing and seems to do what it is supposed to do. Since I've only been using it once a day for a couple of weeks I cannot say it has cured my dry eye condition, but it does seem a little better.Would I purchase it again, Yes.Would I purchase it again from Amazon? Yes, easy transaction with guaranteed delivery and genuine product.

I bought this item for my critically ill wife suffering from Motor Neuron Disease ALS. She is totally bedridden with no body movements at all including all parts of the face. I had used around 10 times since purchased and she enjoys it asking for more times to be worn.The product is light and exactly fits my wife with good massaging effect with music. I personally tried and it had release the pressure and lighten my eyes.Highly recommended product for people who are using computers most of the day.

I have tried couple of masager before. But this one I have gift to my wife. Which she really loved it. And best part how it really gives a gentle masage arround your eyes. Would really recommend..

Overall is good. The battery last for quite long. However, the sound of the motor is really disturbing. I not able to fully relax because of that. I won't recommend this for a people with migrants issue. The airbag massage is just fine not really that powerful, but the rest still ok.
