Worst after sales support

The handle is great but their after sales support is the worst ever. I own one of their e-boards and I’m trying to purchase wheels for my board from them. I have attempted to contact them via WhatsApp, email and even smoke signals. I have not received any response from them in over 2 weeks. I also purchased some wheels from their website thinking that they would fit and it has been 3 days since purchase without any updates. Order has not been shipped. Come on! Maxfind!! You need to do a lot better!!! Customers pay and expect better!!!
