I've only been taking this for about 2-3 weeks and so far I can definitely say I'm not nearly as bloated as I am normally. It's kept me pretty regular, even my husband commented on how often I go to the bathroom and wondered if something was wrong with me! Haha. My right eye stopped twitching. As far as facial hair, I still have more than I'd like but I noticed I haven't had to pluck as many hairs this week. I'll keep up with FLO and see where it takes me.

This stuff was amazing, until it wasn't. It worked so well and quickly. I felt better lost weight and was shaving less. I had energy and definitely had less sugar cravings.The problem started when I developed heart palpitations. They came on gradually, but eventually led to my heart beating irregularly for 36 hours straight. I was admitted to the hospital. After ruling out all the other possibilities I mentioned my only changes this supplement. The Dr's checked the ingredients and sure enough 2 ingredients are the cause of palpitations.I'm so sad because something finally worked and now I can't take it anymore.I'd advise to always check with your dr before taking these.

I started taking it 3 weeks ago, My history is over the last 5 years while tracking my cycle. Every 18 to 21 days I was on my cycle. Every Doctor I want to wanted to put me on birth control. I have literally never had my cycle be this good. I never knew when to expect it. Now 3 months after using this my period has started 28 days after my last one ended. This is amazing.
