I have using this gear for more than 2 years. Still working as new. It's long enough to keep almost equal strength all the way during the stroke exercise.

Great for keeping my strokes together when out of the pool. Also helps working a variety of muscle groups. I would prefer larger hand paddles and larger text in the instructions.

I wanted something snack and lightweight that I could take on trips to help me stay in shape while traveling. This helps me work on my swim skills on the road without taking up a lot of space.

Der Selbst-Trainer ist gut geeignet gerade im Winter um Zugübungen zu trainieren und simulieren, Schwimmer und auch Triathleten greifen gerne darauf zurück. Das Produkt ist solide und wenn man es nicht missbräuchlich nutzt hält es auch lange. Die Lieferung war zügig, zuverlässig. Neben Produkt und Bedienungsanleitung ( ~ in DE ) erhielt ich auch eine "ordentliche Rechnung". Das ist leider in diesem Geldwaschsystem von Amazon nicht selbstverständlich. Deswegen beste Ware, gute Abwicklung = höchste Bewertung ! Danke.

Es como esta en la descripcion, el envio fue bastante rapido y cumple con mis expectativas, lo compre para hacer dryland mientras la piscina no este abierta. Excelente para un buen trabajo fuera del agua.
