Valentina Valentti Luxury Pet Car Seat Carrier, Large, Brown

This product is well made and I would have given it a higher rating if it had had a removable mat inside the carrier. I feel a mat on the bottom is essential to the stability of the carrier and would also give your pet a more comfortable ride. I expect a mat has been excluded to save money. I would have preferred to have been given the option of purchasing a mat separately as I have been unable to find one to fit. I feel Valentina Valentti have cut corners by omitting a mat which lets the product down.

This is the second one of these we have bought for our dog. The first bag lastest nearly two years and was well used.

This bag provides a rest when my little dog is out and about , its very well made ,and the size for my King Charles is just right

This carry bag does not have any support in the bottom, my husband had to cut a piece of MDF to fit as when you lift the bag with even a kitten inside the bag sags and squashes down, leaving said kitten a tad alarmed at the reduced area / space and lack of support under her paws. The MDF did the trick however make sure you sand the edges to round them off. The real issue I have with this product is the customer care I received from both Valentina Valentti and Amazon - I bought this case is October 2013 and I have used it to transport my kitten 3 times, once to collect her from the breeder, once to the vets and once to the cattery where she stayed while we were on holiday. Bearing in mind she is not yet a year old to sticking around the zip has started to come away - I believe this is faulty and poor workmanship - when I complained in early July 2014 I was informed by Amazon that they could not help and Valentina Valentti were similarly disinterested in any form of customer care - I received a one liner from them saying product out of warranty. So buyer beware! Rather harsh as the item has barely been used, I have now paid money to have the bag repaired professionally to ensure my kitten will be secured when travelling in this. I would not recommend this item.

This is very roomy but a cushion is definitely needed inside. The colour looks cream but it is beige and dark brown. I was a bit disappointed when it arrived

You can open the top and let your pet see out if the window is low enough. the sides are soft so the dog can push them down.

Safe for pets in car this is the second one I purchased, and can recommend
