Hello! We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with this Rimmel Eyeliner. You will need a cosmetic pencil sharpener. Choose a sharpener where the hole size closely matches the pencil (many sharpeners come with two or even three different sized holes). Insert the tip into the sharpener and turn several times until the pencil is sharpened. Hopefully this helps, but if you still have any issues please give us a call at 1-800-715-4023. Is this eyeliner safe for contact lens users? Meaning that it would not smudge on the lens ...

I found that this liner did not stay put as well as I'd like. When using it on the inner eye water line it bleed right off.

You sharpen it. A makeup eyeliner sharpener works fine.

What is the difference between brown and brown 003?

I'm not at home right now to check, but I have brown and it's got a little shine/sparkle to it. Not sure if that is the difference. I love mine!

Absolutely brilliant!!

I just had to give this little eye pencil a review.it’s totally fab.for years I’ve been using a very expensive one (over £20) and because of lockdown and having less money I decided to give this one a go.it’s excellent.it’s stays on even on the wettest windiest days.I would definitely recommend.

Buying in bulk!

I’ve just stocked up again on this fantastic pencil liner. Being an older women, eyeliner becomes quite important as we age to add definition to eyes as we loose our lashes...what a joy! This easy to use product helps enormously and I’m planning on using it forever!
