I got these for my partner, as he's had issues with his sleep lately. I'd say we've had mixed results, he seems to fall asleep quicker but has not necessarily always stayed that way until morning.On balance they are probably helping but they're certainly not an instant "cure".At the recommended dose of 2 gummies a day, these will last a month. They provide 100% of recommended zinc and 50% vitamin B6. In some ways the ingredients seem counterproductive as B6 is stated as contributing to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, which seems an odd claim for a sleep gummy!In terms of taste, they are very soft. Initially they don't have much flavour but as you chew the berry taste becomes more apparent. I found they had a slightly bitter aftertaste too.Not cheap (£17.50 at the time of purchase) but may be worth a go in the short term.

Not sure about making you sleepy but works brilliantly as an aphrodisiac. You wont need the blue pill if you take 4 of these before bed.

I don't sleep all that well so I thought these would be a good thing to try. I've given them four stars but I'm still experimenting with them. I found that they didn't make me drop off to sleep that much more quickly (2 gummies at a time), but I did feel slightly more groggy when waking up.The gummies themselves taste reasonable (mixed berry flavour) and are easy to chew/swallow. The ingredients are Vegan and seem to be free from horrible chemicals which is really positive. All I can really say is that they may help you and they are certainly worth trying.

These gummies have a really nice taste to them of berries. You are supposed to take 2 a night but I have found that 1 is plenty for me. They have relaxed me more than I usually am. I fall off to sleep quicker than normal. I still wake up in the night but I am finding it easier to go back off again. They are expensive if you take 2 a night as that is £25 a month. But if, like me, you can stick to one a night then they are not so bad.
