I bought these to do exercise at home. Was very pleased with the selection and have been using them with on-line exercise sites. Easy to use and a good value.

Pretty, functional, but are harder to pull than they should be
I bought these for very gentle rehabilitation after a nerve injury. My PT uses Therabands, and I was using the red band (the lightest), so I looked around for bands that had the same resistance level. This pack was supposed to start off a little lighter than my therapy band, and each band increases the resistance until I was improving past where PT had me.This was great in theory, but unfortunately, these bands are MUCH harder to pull than my PT Theraband! The first band was supposed to have less resistance, but I struggled to get through my exercises with it whereas it was almost easy with the red Theraband.So, these are great, they are pretty colors, and they're cheaper than Therabands. BUT, the description is NOT accurate. They are NOT the correct resistance.

I’ve been using resistance bands for about 4 months and these seem very strong. I will use them daily twice a day and am pleased with the strength.

extra long bands
I ordered these bands because they are extra long. They were costly, but I so far they are worth it.

Both my wife and I use them; it's nice they come in 3 "strengths" so she has started with the light one

2 out of 3 isn’t bad?
The red band snapped in half on first pull. Blue is holding after two weeks. I don’t use the yellow.

These bands vary in 3 sizes and will work for various exercises. I use them with my physical therapy for my osteoporosis. They are comfortable and vary in color depending on the size.
