I make a lot of stir-fries, and I love having water chestnuts and bamboo shoots that are always in the pantry.These are excellent quality.While the label says one can equals one portion, I would say one can equals three portions. There is almost no sodium, no cholesterol, 2 grams of protein and 3 g of fiber.They add texture, crunch and gustatory interest to my dinner.
