I'm not a bot - see my other reviews! Purchased, not a freebee review. For the price I thought this was a good product. The video worked better than the photos for some reason, so when I needed a still I just paused the playback and took a screen shot. I used this in a pool plumbing system to see if any of our feed lines were ruptured. I found the cable was stiff enough to easily get it 4-6 feet into the horizontal tubes, which is as far as I needed to go. I doubt you'd get it 16' in but if was totally flat with nothing else in the way. Certainly if was used in vertical situation, like a well, would be no problem. Really no setup to speak of. Download the app, plug in the camera and it then operates just like your phone camera - select picture or video and hit start.

I had a concern behind a wall that I initially thought was termites. I ordered this camera and it arrived well packed. I downloaded the app and I was off and running. The imaging and light source are good; although it doesn't focus well when you're really close to something. I snaked it through a couple small holes and I was delighted with the performance and app. The two-camera configuration makes it REALLY nice ( you can switch between cameras that are 90 degrees from each other). You can also snap pictures on the fly. For the price, it's friggin well worth it. And NO termites!!! :-)

Its fun! I havent had serious uses for it but man, being able to look inside things is great. Was planning on looking inside a spark plug hole or fishing things out of tight spaces. Simple setup, its just an app. The attachments are a nice touch. Camera is very clear and the lights arent overly bright. It is VERY long and very flexible so it should pretty well go anywhere you could need. I haven't had it long or used it hard enough to speak on its durability but it feels of quality, like it won't break after a few uses.

This is an awesome boroscope camera and is worth every penny. I don't easily give rave review, but this deserves it. I just did a boroscope inspection of the cylinders in an engine. It took clear pictures of the cylinder heads and walls. It confirms that I have a head gasket leak in one of my cylinders. I did many tests (compression, leak down, blue dye combustion gas) and they all came back negative. The camera 100% confirmed my suspicion. The switch works great to switch between the cameras. Software is very easy to use. I was a little skeptical of the quality of this camera because of the low price, but it exceeded my expectations.

I bought this endoscope to help locate rattling pipes inside my ceiling. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite deliver for that specific job. Ease of Setup - On the plus side, connecting to my iPhone was quick and simple. The app paired right away, and I really appreciate that it doesn’t require a subscription or account login (a refreshing change from many devices these days). Performance in Dark Areas - Even with the LED brightness turned all the way up, I wasn’t able to see clearly in the dark ceiling space. The light just wasn’t strong enough to illuminate what I needed, and the picture quality, while okay, wasn’t as sharp as I expected. Other Uses - That said, I can see this being much more useful for other tasks — like checking tight spots in a car engine or dash where there’s at least some light. It feels like a tool that’s good to keep in the toolbox, even if it didn’t solve my original problem. Verdict - This is an easy-to-use, budget-friendly tool that works fine in certain scenarios, but if you need to see into very dark spaces, it may not be reliable enough.

Bought because of a leak emergency and I needed to see the damage behind the wall and ceiling. Arrived same day. App is very basic, no tutorial, no explanation of what the buttons do. Figure it out on your own. It isn't that hard to include a how-to button that offers an explanation of everything. Light is great- dimmer is easy to use, and it has good images with and without the light. Both cameras are good quality. Obviously you are taking janky close-up shots of tight dark spaces so don't expect 4K anyway. Major complaint is user interface. You need two hands to feed the camera because the tube is stiff. This leaves no hands to hold your phone, press the shutter, or operate the in-line dimmer or camera flip. This would really benefit from voice control, and moving the dimmer and camera flip to the app too. Maybe over time the tube loosens a little but out of box it is very hard to maneuver around corners. Because it comes coiled, you must uncoil and straighten it as you feed it.

I just used this camera to look inside the duct. For the most part it did the job. Camera quality is good. Lighting is enough but it was little hard to maneuver the camera inside the duct. If it had more powerful light it would be little better.
