Fodmapped Green Curry Simmer Sauce, 200 g

Very tasty, I eat it mixed with vegetables, my husband liked it too even though he is not on the fodmap diet. Only issue if that it could be a little bigger

Great to be able to make a low fodmap curry quickly. Tasted fine - though I tweaked it a bit! Downside is the price!

This product was delivered quickly along with two other sauces - a little bit on the expensive side for the amount you get but when you follow a fodmap diet you are excited when you see sauces like this !. I mixed it with a chicken stir fry - really nice consistency, coated very everything well. Taste wise I could definitely taste the lemongrass and basil but unfortunately not really the sweet chilli that I was looking forward to the most !. I would buy it again but I would have to add my own chilli to it for extra flavor.

This may be good for you if you need low fodmap meals but taste is a bit ifi. Unfortunately it is also very expensive compared with usual cook-in sauces and for two people not enough. Cheaper to find an ordinary sauce without onions which seem to cause the most problems. Wouldn't buy again or recommend.

Arrived on time..well packaged, bit pricey for a sachet of stirfry sauce tasted ok, but not as much flavour as had hoped!

Really lovely, natural tasting product.

The taste was acidic and the consistency was slightly slimy. I tried to improve it by just using a bit of the sauce as seasoning and adding fresh coconut milk, some brown sugar, lemon grass, soy, fishsauce and chili. This made improved it considerable but the taste that I disliked still remained. I wouldn't buy it again. I may be too picky as I am used to making my own curry pastes and maybe all ready-made curry sauces taste like this. I personally didn't like it. I have frozen the rest of it in small portions to potentially use as seasoning. I will certainly not use it as it is and I doubt that I want to ruin my nice curry by adding this low fodmap sauce.
