Great product, right price
Love the flavor. This is my second time ordering it. I have it with a can of Albacar tuna, or if I can afford it, with some sashimi or sushi.

Fresh and authentic tasting crispy ginger with a slight KICK!
Just got back from a sushi restaurant and I can tell you that this definitely tastes as good and crispy, if not just slightly more tart. Actually, A LOT more tart! However, the taste itself is much more on par than other brands that I have tried on here. Also was very happy to see both bottles are good until 3/6/27. You can easily store the second one in your pantry until you are ready to use it. This is definitely something that I would recommend to others for an authentic tasting ginger that has quite a bit of "zing" if you eat as many as I do in a row 😉 The packaging itself was excellent. Both bottles were completely sealed and there was absolutely no leakage or damage when they arrived. The bottles themselves are made of a sturdy plastic, so if you accidentally drop one it won't be earth shattering! I found two bottles of this to be priced reasonably and a good value.

Yuck
Ewwww. This was the WORST tasting ginger I have had in my life. The seller worked with me when they realized I wasn't happy with the taste of this product. I appreciate their professionalism. I am changing my 1-star (which is deserved because of the taste experience), but I am raising it to a 4-star because of their incredible customer service. Thank you.

Fantastic pickled ginger. This 2-pack is what I always choose since I use the ginger on so many different things. Highly recommended.

toxic ingredients
GARBAGE! but I guess this one is on me because there is a picture of the label with the ingredients. Aspartame is a poison! "Aspartame, an artificial sweetener, has been associated with various health issues: Medical News Today +4 Increased risk of certain types of cancer, including lymphoma, leukemia, urinary tract tumors, and neurological tumors. Type 2 diabetes. Preterm delivery. Toxicity in the kidneys and toxic liver disease. Harmful changes to the salivary glands. Short-term symptoms in sensitive individuals, such as nasal congestion, headache, nausea, dizziness, tingling, and thirst."

Flavor not as enjoyable as other brands
I had had pickled ginger only a few times when visiting sushi restaraunts, so I'm not even an amateur. I was visiting a local grocery store a while back and they had a stack of bottles near the entrance marked down and on an impulse, I picked one up. When I got it home, I tried a bite. It's always kind of shocking when you first taste this stuff; you think you've gotten into some floor cleaner or an old bottle of Jaegermeister. But then a few seconds later your insides go "Oh YEAH! Let's do some MORE!" and you keep nibbling. Well, I nibbled through a whole bottle of stuff before the day was over and my belly suffered a bit from it. But the next time I hit that store, I picked us some more. But then we moved and the new local groceries didn't carry such things. So I hit Amazon and bought this variety, based for the most part on price. Well, I got what I paid for. It's edible. If I was just using it for palette-cleansing it would be sufficient, but I wanted to enjoy its weirdness all on its own and for its own sake. But I couldn't. I finally managed to finish one bottle, but the other has been sitting in our fridge unopened for quite some time now. Sorry. I would not buy this brand again.
