DESIGNPHIL 42289006 Midori Ruler Clip Ruler, Silver A

Cute and functional. I love the little stencils. At first I didn’t think they would turn out great because of their size but they’re awesome. I also think it adds a cute feature to my travelers notebook. It’s also super thin but also sturdy enough that it doesn’t permanently bend in any weird way from being in a notebook that I am not the most gentle with. No sharp edges, great design and perfect size.

I picked up the DESIGNPHIL 42289006 Midori Ruler Clip Ruler mostly out of curiosity, and it’s turned out to be way more useful than I expected. It’s slim, lightweight, and clips right onto my notebook without adding bulk, which I really appreciate. The ruler itself is clear and easy to read, and it’s perfect for underlining, drawing quick lines, or marking pages. I like that it doubles as a bookmark — simple idea, but really practical if you’re using your planner or journal daily. It feels well-made and thoughtfully designed, like most Midori products. Nothing flashy, just clean and functional. If you’re into stationery and like keeping things organized, this is a small upgrade that actually gets used.

It is thin and feels on the flimsy side but well made. It needs extra care as your writing utensil could get caught go underneath the outline. I made a few pencil mistakes that caused the template to bend but it survived perfectly fine with no issues. The edges aren’t too sharp and my lead stays intact when using it.

This little ruler is absolutely perfect for my needs. I keep it attached to the inside of my journal, so I can quickly draw straight lines when needed. It's so slim, it doesn't impact my writing just a few pages away from where it's clipped on. It's lightweight and very easy to grab anytime I need it, then just as easy to tuck right back away again. And it weighs almost nothing, so it doesn't weigh down my notebook when I'm carrying it around. Because it's so slim, I do have to be careful to anchor it with my other hand while I'm using it, or the pressure of the pen will shift it out of position. But that's easy enough, and really, any ruler would likely need the same.

Super cute accessory to use with my journal. I'm not artistic, so using stencils such as this let me be creative in a simple way. The design is sleek and it fits perfectly in my journal.

The item is lovely but there is a chip out of the brass and it was bent in half!! Not by the delivery driver as I looked on our ring camera so a little disappointed.

I have quite a few Midori products as they never disappoint. And this one certainly doesn’t either! Quality item, the thinness ensures it doesn’t ruin the way my diary / journal lies.
