A great read for someone in my situation
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and aimed to strengthen my body and enhance flexibility due to the fear of falling. This is a good book because it has photos, and it offers seated exercises for mobility and weight loss. It includes warm-up exercises, breathing techniques, numerous poses, and four complete routines. Additionally, there's a chapter covering other healthy habits and techniques for weight loss and overall health. It's a perfect resource for a 62-year-old like myself

What’s really cool about chair yoga is it makes yoga accessible to more people. This book does a great job explaining chair yoga and the different poses. There are tips for getting started, picking the right chair, and making it a lasting habit.

Easy to read
I'm enjoying this book. I have bad knees and arthritis in many joints making it hard to do other exercises. I can sit try different exercises and see which ones are right for me at this time.

Very good book, however........
I Like this book a lot and as a beginner to chair yoga I find it useful However, perhaps I am not doing it right, but the promised videos seem very difficult to reach. What I wind up accessing seem to be various links to who-knows-where. Very disappointing, to say the least. Will keep at it, however. Maybe it is me and perhaps after a while and more experimentation I will learn the correct way to access the promised videos.

un peu compliqué pour debutant
Je pensais qu’il y avait un dvd avec qui montrait les exercises en continue. Ici il faut chaque fois s’arrêter, scanner le qr code pour regarder 1 exercise à la fois.
