So far so good for the price.
So far so good with our refurbished Surface Pro. No issues to speak of currently. Great price for what we need it for.

Touchpad not working
The touchpad has a gesture that minimize the windows that is very annoyingWe went to support and it points to go to settings devices and touchpad but this does not exist in the menuTried restarting and uninstalling devices from device management. Drivers are the latest but they are not supported anymoreThe touchpad is not usable like this

Item not as described!
The laptop itself works well and is in great condition, but the charger arrived with exposed wires and the charger did not work. The new charger cost me an additional $80.

Less than 22 months to obsolescence
The product itself is fine, since it is not compatible with Windows 11 OS, Microsoft has ended support for this product and it will stop updating Windows 10 in October 2025. The Amazon associate suggested I install Linux after that, an attempt at giving me a solution, that’s what I do with scrap junk; Not something brand new that I just purchased.
