I really wanted to like this but when I took it, I broke out in full body hives. I wonder if there may be an ingredient not listed? Disappointing.

Omg so hard to swallow!! Such a thick capsule ugh I took it once because I’m traumatized 😳. Had to order a liquid multivitamin.

Couldn’t tell the difference in energy or metabolism.

Good product, don't get upset stomach as I usually do with multivitamins
