NC42- NC40 skin tone and this blush is stunning! If you press deep into the pan then you'll get a stronger payout but with a general blush brush, it picks up the perfect amount to give you a nice orange brown blush on the skin .

Love ELf products - such good value for money . Was not sure of the shade as it looks dark, but fine when on ( and I do have pale skin )
