Locket envelope made poorly/not returnable
I had this necklace made as a Christmas gift for my mother whom just lost her husband! Upon receiving the necklace I thought it was beautiful, but as I was piecing it together to get it ready for her, when I open the envelope part, the pin that holds it together immediately came loose, but I was able to push it back in but it pops out every time you open it! Then i went to slide the mini pic inside and it wouldn’t go in easily, so once I got it in, it then became stuck so I order to remove it to actually look at it, I had to use tweezers, which then scuffed the metal and the picture! I went to the return option and a message popped up that this is unable to be returned! So I had to then go through different portals to have Amazon message the seller to see if they can send a new one BEFORE Christmas! It already took weeks to deliver… but now I have to wait A FEW DAYS for a response to see IF they will even do it! So disappointed!! Will update review upon finding out if I just threw my money away, or if they will send a new one BEFORE Christmas gets here! So frustrating!

Didn’t look at it until after daughter opened it, I felt terrible
Had our picture on one side and message on other side was to say Love you lots but when we got it it said Gave you lots. Trying to send them picture !
