Maybe this synergizes well with beets and ALCAR? Regardless, worth it. No bad breath either as added bonus.

This is a good vegan omega-3 product. This is derived from algae, rather than from fish. It is high in DHA relative to EPA (two omega 3 fatty acids). This should help with cognitive help and have an anti-inflammatory effect. I like that this company includes rosemary oil to prevent rancidity, as a lot of companies that produce algal oil don't add anything like rosemary oil or vitamin E. I took off a star because there isn't any information about manufacturing quality control or third-party testing.

A lot of omega supplements have a lot of omega 6 but you should have more omega 3 than omega 6 so it's usually in a terrible balance. This is great to help offset that. The label is just a little confusing since the long chain rpa and dha are 450mg total, I don't know if that's part of the total omega 3 or not above it or if the algal oil is the full 550mg by itself. It's extremely confusing. So if it's 550mg of algal oil then the pill total would be 1000mg but if the total label is absolute, then there's 550mg of omega 3 which is a huge difference. I'm guessing there's 1000mg of omega 3 total.
