Poor workmanship
“I recently ordered this product from Amazon and was pleased with the timely delivery. Upon following the provided instructions and filling it with water, we encountered an issue when the machine made a humming sound, but the fan failed to turn. Unfortunately, attempts to reach out to support were unsuccessful, and our calls to Amazon didn’t connect either. It was only after a thorough inspection with a flashlight that my wife discovered a wire obstructing the fan’s rotation. We managed to resolve the issue by repositioning the wires to allow the fan to move freely, and the machine finally worked as intended. This experience raises concerns about the quality control measures in place at Symphony, as it appears the product was not thoroughly checked before being dispatched.”

Worst product in my life.
No cooling. even ceiling fan is better than this. don't know how manufactured this. only 3.3 feet height. 1.67 feet width and depth. not useful for family. useful for 1 or 2 person as normal fan. not cooler. seen reviews in youtube, worst fellows said wrong review. praising it is no 1 cooler. but totally wrong. dont waste your money. may be water dispensing is not good on honey comb pads. that's why no cooling.
