This extension cable works fine with my computer speakers. There doesn't appear to be any drop in quality or any distortions or hum. This item works pretty well with my headphones. I have some headphones that needed an extension due to my music studio being a bit spread out and since I don't have the luxury of a sound system without bugging neighbors it makes it possible to use my headphones as an extension.

This cable comes two to a pack. They are inexpensive but highly functional. If all you need is few more feet extension for your headphones get these. They work fine and there is no degradation of sound.

After trying a competitor's cord which broke when I pulled it, apparently, a little too hard. :) I had a feeling durability was going to be an issue when I opened that first one. When I received this cable I was excited to see it felt more durable. I installed it (ran it through some cable channels around a room) and had no problems. So far it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do and I can't ask more than that. It's thin and pliable without being too thin and cheap feeling. Worth the money. Moreover, I got a nice little bonus in my package: a matching iPhone cable which, as it turned out, was something we needed! So far it has worked well too and I will be buying those from this source now, too. That's how they get you: the first one's free. :)

My mother has hearing aides and has always had trouble with the television volume not getting loud enough or clear enough to make out the dialogue in television programs. On a whim I bought two of these cables and a spliter. I plugged them into the spliter and then it into the back of the TV. I then just used standard earbuds in the end of each extender and it has worked perfectly. The cables are long enough to reach across the room to the sofa. She just removes her hearing aides and plugs this set-up in anytime she wants to watch a program. This extender is a great and durable product.
