It did not work for me, i am trying to find the source of the smell, it may have come in my brick vents at the back of kitchen sink unit, so it may work for you.

Does what it says on the bottle. Easy to use . Would buy again.

Smells have gone

This 1 litre bottle of drain bioclean and odour control is designed to prevent drain blockages and smells from drain pipes. It says on the bottle that it will not have an immediate action of drain unblocking (you’ll need to ensure drain is not blocked before using this) and advises leaving to work in the drain for between 6-8 hours. I got it for ‘maintenance’ cleaning to try and reduce the smell which is sometimes noticeable in the kitchen sink, especially when the washing machine is draining into the overflow pipe. The instructions advise you to pour 30-60mls of product down the drain and repeat every couple of weeks. It doesn’t come with a measuring lid so you’ll need to use a jug, or as I did, ‘guesstimate’ a manual pour straight from the bottle. The liquid inside is quite watery and is a light blue colour. It does smell quite nice, a clean fragrant smell, but not overbearingly ‘chemically’ like bleach. I’m not sure how effective it will be in the long term, but the bottle should last a fair few months if used for this purpose as directed.
