Great price and less pills to take compared to what I was using
Such a great find in this dosage since I was taking 4 capsules of another brand to meet the dosage of just one of this brand and they were about the same price and will last so much longer! True insomniac and this does help some.

Great product! A lower price would be nice!
I received a follow-up question on my 5-★ review asking, "How was the taste?" — Well, not bad. However, if you are looking for Valerian Root where the flavor doesn't remind you of dog crap, then you are looking for Valerian Root that does NOT work! This stuff works and, yes, it has a slightly bad taste. Get over it!

Excellent for the price, very strong concentration
These are some of the most powerful concentrated valerian root capsules that I’ve ever found. I got them for emergency use in case of anxiety attacks or sleep. I tried one capsule just to see how it worked for bedtime. I slept through the night. I highly suggest that this product be used with caution only by people that are very familiar with valerian root. I normally only take half this dose for anxiety or sleep. It’s excellent for the price and you can always open the capsules and remove a small amount for use. Thankfully valerian root is very safe to use and isn’t considered toxic. Great product
