Ghostbusters (1984) filmcell, (We recommend adding the lightbox upgrade when ordering)

I purchased this item a while back for a Ghostbusters mad relative.It arrived, was checked and looked great until she set it up and turned the light on. The black mounting board had a deep knife cut which doesn't show when the light board is off but as soon as it is turned on the deep scratch in the card can be seen and really spoils the effect.As this was a present I am both embarrassed that I have faulty goods but I am also frustrated that the seller's only advice is for me to change the perspex screen even though it is the mounting card that is the problem not the screen.I'm now looking at purchasing an alternative (and belated) gift from elsewhere.This looked good when it first arrived and I was going to order some film cell sets for myself for home and work etc but if I do go ahead I will buy them from a different seller.Disappointing for both myself and my cousin.

Incredible gift it was for my boyfriend and being a huge ghostbusters fan he was not disapointed will be buying again :)
