Subject: Request for Assistance – iPhone Developed a Serious Issue After 4 Months Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am contacting you regarding an iPhone that I purchased from Amazon approximately four months ago. Unfortunately, the phone has now developed a serious problem. It suddenly stopped working properly and is stuck in Recovery Mode, showing the cable/computer screen and refusing to start normally. I have only used the phone under normal conditions, and I am very disappointed that such an issue has occurred after only four months of use. I would appreciate it if you could please check my order and advise me on the available warranty or replacement options. I would prefer a replacement or appropriate warranty solution, as the phone should not develop such a serious problem after only four months. I can provide photos/videos of the issue and any other information required.

Bad product. Phone says battery is not for I phone. Very disappointed that this supplier is cheating and now I have a phone that does not work.

I don’t know what to say I honestly don't like to put reviews but I think I just want to raise awareness not only as a consumer but this is a reminder to the seller as well.The item that I bought comes from the hard earn money I decided to buy something that my niece really want even you have a tight budget as you really believe that item is good and gave your niece happiness.However I bought Iphone 12(1,230 AED.)As I receieved it I was over the moon but the horror moment appear when I check the phone the camera is not working and the sad part if you hold it you get electricity from the phone and gives a loud whizzzzz sounds coming from the phone it is scary.Please seller when costumer give trust in your product please give a good product.I did returned my item but did not hear anything from seller nor amazon yet the status of my return item “says the seller accept the return item”then what will happen why refund is not given yet or why no info. What will happen next…for buyer at last choose wisely if possible buy the item in person not in online, use your hard earn money wisely.

The phone is very good

Was a bad quality product and was having bug in the phone with blue light appears mid of the screen and every 30minute with it switches off with blue light and I booked return and they collected back the device.

نظيف و شغال الجهاز بدون اي عيوب والحمد لله

Phone worked, barely - very hard to text , keyboard did not function very well; battery only lasted a few hrs -I will not buy from this seller again, terrible product

ممتاز جدا ولاكن الشاشة الوانه باهته نوعاء ماء + مادري من الجهاز ولا ولاكن ادا دخلت الاعدادات وا حطيت الايكلود ودخلت معلوماتي الشخصيه الشاشه تعلق لاكن طفيت الجهاز وشغلته وماصار اي شي بعده والشاشة مهي حقته الاصلية كيف عرفت لان اذا دخلت يتيوب ووانا حاط الون اسود يطلع لون ازرق + في طبعات انصح بالمنتج ويدعم ايضا الشركات السعوديه مثل استيسي وغيره والجودة ممتااازه وجانب كانه جديييد والبطارية جتن 100 :::: تقييمي الكامل 8/10 النقطتين لان الشاشة مهي اصليه وتتهنون ❤️‍🔥

لا أنصح بشراء جوال مجدد الاسباب كثيرة مدة الضمان قليلة وسلك الشاحن غير أصلي وأكبر مشكلة الجهاز يكون locked ولازم تدفع فلوس عشان مايكون مقيد ، ماقدرت استخدم فيه الشريحة الالكترونية
