Update: if I could increase my rating to 6 stars I would. My first review was focused on flavor. I want to add now - a week later - I feel so much more energetic since I began drinking one serving a day of this, my attitude is brighter, and my post menopause symptoms have diminished. I can't say for certain of course that this is the reason for these positive effects but the timing seems to match. Like anything though, don't overdose. Just because a little of something seems helpful doesn't mean we should mega dose. ------ Oh my - I love this stuff. I have tried alot of different "mushroom coffees". This is actually a little different, in that mushroom powders are not the primary ingredient. In fact, the Lion's Mane, which is the only mushroom included, is third from bottom on the ingredient list. So if you are looking for a true "mushroom coffee" this is not it, but it is delicious, is has enough Lions Mane to be effective, and has lots of good stuff that make it the most yummy coffee alternative I have found. I like the earthy full flavor of coffee - something that tea just doesn't give me. But I can't drink it later in the day if I want to sleep at night, and decaf coffee generally disgusts me. This satisfies my coffee craving and tastes good. Kudos big time for including a shot of the back side of the package on the promotional page so we can see all the ingredients. I automatically will lower the rating of any manufacturer who does not do this by one star at least. Since we can't return food items and may have allergies or other sensitivities, customers need to know this before they order. Now the price thing - yea, at $2 a serving if made exactly as described, at my budget this is a little pricey for a product made at home (though a bargain if I were buying it a cafe). I plan to dilute it with some unsweetened less expensive mushroom coffees I have to stretch it out a bit and make it less sweet, because I really don't care for sweetened coffee in general, though the sweetness of this beverage is not overpowering.

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. Unlike many other 'mushroom coffees', this one isn't mixed with instant coffee. This is a better arrangement for those that are actually looking for alternatives to coffee in the morning. The overall flavor is sort of a cinnamon. It goes well with creamer and sweetener. It mixes better with warm or hot liquids. It commonly clumps if you try and mix it with colder liquids. The price is fairly competitive for the type of product it is, currently running at $17.99. The ingredients are also generally healthy. I didn't experience any ill effects while taking this product.

It grew in me. I didn’t like it the first time I had it; however, I am about to reorder it. I kind of got used to it.

Despite the product statement and package labeling as caffine-free, this product IS NOT caffine-free. Although not clearly visable or highligheted in online photos, front of the actual package has an asterix BESIDE the "caffine-free" claim. On the back of the package--in the last line of the directions for preparing a cup of the beverage is this line--"*No caffine crash - only 1.5g caffine per serving from cacao powder." I should have examined the photos more carefully and scanned all parts of the package--mea culpa. The packaging and advertising is misleading--this is not caffine-free!

This is a very nice functional drink with 10 adaptogens that we often find with many food supplements. The drink is very close to an instant coffee, in term of the way to prepare, the fragrance, and appearance, except the lack of caffeine in this drink. You can enjoy this drink for its combined fragrance of vanilla and cinnamon, the flavor of cocoa and coconuts, at the teatime. It is a great drink to share with a friend, in a way similar to sharing an herb tea. Comparatively, this drink is more like a cup of real coffee. As you can see from the list, the 10 adaptogens are great for our health with regular usage. In this drink, they provide with a nice soothing taste similar to a baked food. The package is a resealable bag with 10 servings.

It only has 10 servings, plus the powder contains coconut milk, palm sugar, only 250 mg of Lion Mane mushroom, 25% daily saturated fat, paying money for fat and sugar.

Wasn’t crazy about this product I won’t buy again

This mushroom coffee is powdery dried coffee. The coffee powder is a little clumpy in the bag. Comes in resealable bag, and I can make a perfect cup with 1 teaspoon and about 8 oz of hot water. It mixes and dissolves well in hot water. The mushroom coffee tasted with cream-ness and hint of coconut flavor. I would consider the to medium strength coffee. I added 2 tablespoons of half/half and a pinch of sugar like I usually do for my coffee and it taste pretty good.
