Its a no frills unimpressive looking little solid metal thing. But it doesn't look bad and it holds up my laptop. It gives me more room on my desk. It claims it is safe for the laptop, won't block ventilation etc. So far the laptop isn't complaining or feeling warm so that's good. The little screw thingy is easy to operate/set and so far it holds just fine. It strikes me as a bit much money to pay for "a standing frame" but I wanted more room on my desk, and my laptop safe and that's what I got. So I'll stop whining. Last thing, I would have liked a double so I could store my ipad and the laptop together but the overall reviews of the double designs scared me off. I'll see how this one works over time then maybe give the double a try. The reviews did say that this product was returned alot less than the others. And I can believe it. Its stable and doesn't tip over unless I fool with it LOL!.

I just had to try this stand because it would save space on my desk, and it can get maximum air exchange. Since I use a docking station all the time, I don't keep my laptop open, so this is a great solution for my need. It's lightweight, stylish but very sturdy. It can be adjusted quite easily based on your laptop thickness size. Simple, yet effective. I highly recommend this stand to everyone...

It holds my heavy 16 inch laptop up just fine. The screw is ergonomic and feels good to adjust. But it only needs to be set once if you just have one laptop.

Extremely compact, fairly stable, the adjustment is a bit wobbly but still works for its intended purpose. The only real problem this presents is for laptops with large rubber feet that run the entire length of the case. Those make it a little hard to get in and out of the stand.

indistinguishable from something a big brand like rain design or even apple would charge 10x for. The silver is perfectly matched to my MacBook - not "close enough" but genuinely identical. The aluminum is thick, edges are smooth, and the rubber padding grips without scratching. The adjustable width mechanism feels heavy and luxurious. It holds my 15" macbook air rock steady, zero wobble, and the rubber base means it's not going anywhere on my desk. I was worried initially because the large MBA is really thin but big, so I was concerned that it would wobble or be off balance if sitting vertically. ZERO issues with that. This stand is rock solid. The whole thing has that dense, cold-to-the-touch feel of actual quality aluminum, not the hollow nonsense you usually get at this price. It looks super good next to my Studio Display and looks aesthetically continuous with all of my Apple gear. Awesome product, and AMAZING value. Keep going, UGREEN!!!

This holder works perfectly for my Lenovo Yoga 2 in 1, but not for my MacBook Air. The MacBook Air has a little bit of space causing it to lean just slightly. This holder has little rubber pads on the inside where the laptop rests to protect it from scratches. These little pads are still effective with the lean. I haven't seen any scratches on either computer (I have two of these stands) and they have held up perfectly. The adjustment screw is easy to set and does not loosen over time. The stand is sturdy, but not very heavy... I've noticed a have to hold the stand against the desk when I lift my computer (the yoga) out of it. However, the slight lean of the MacBook allows me to pull it out with one hand.

Very well-designed, high-quality stand. I couldn’t find a single flaw, and it looks especially elegant for the price. My only complaint is that even at its narrowest setting, it’s slightly too wide for a MacBook Air, but the laptop still feels secure and it freed up space, which was my primary goal. I also like that the open design doesn't impede cooling/airflow. I prefer the look of the back as well, the “Designed by UGREEN” text is more subtle than the large logo, and the knurled adjustment screw looks really neat.

Solid, compact and very well designed. The adjustable slot holds my laptop while leaving the full ventilation strip unobstructed. The stand feels stable and the silicone contact points are properly positioned. Better thought out than many generic vertical stands.

Compact, réglable et l'aluminium sombre fait sérieurx sur un bureau. J'ai aussi la version pour deux. Rien à redire.
