Super easy to put together, the package is quite large, the chair is comfortable, the material is soft. I’m absolutely obsessed with it.

This chair is offered at a great price and comes in a neutral color. It is easy to assemble and is sturdy. The rotation works well. Packaging was very good. My 3-star rating is based on the quality of the product. One of the chair's side pieces had a visual imperfection. Customer service was very responsive and shipped me a new piece without question and free of charge. The replacement piece also had some quality issues, which was very disappointing. So my complaint is in their quality control prior to packaging and shipping. A simple visual inspection would have eliminated the issues. UPDATE 1/9/25 My star rating for the COLAMY swivel chair has been raised from 3 to 4. This is due to the improved quality of the chair and excellent customer service. COLAMY customer service proactively reached out to me this past week and wanted to ensure that I was satisfied with their product. To my pleasant surprise, they suggested that they would send me a new chair, with arrival within 7 days. The replacement chair's quality was much improved over the original purchase. The arm pieces were perfect this time (this was my original problem and complaint). The chair was easy to assemble with all parts fitting properly. If you want a small casual swivel chair that is well-made, is comfortable, looks good and doesn't cost a lot, this chair just might fit the bill.

Received a chair that had obviously been previously returned. The hardware package was opened and all the hardware was all over the box. Don’t even know if the hardware is all here since the box has holes in the corners. Missing rest of directions and the one page included was all crumpled up at the bottom so don’t even know if all the parts are in this box.

I did have it put together by a handyman since I have no skills. It is very sturdy and looks just like the picture

My mom, 79, really likes this chair. It’s soft, swivels smoothly, and has enough firmness that she can push out of it. It’s become her go-to morning-coffee watch-the-sunrise chair. Easy to assemble. I like that it was delivered right to her door in two days. Thanks Amazon!

We love the chair now that it is assembled but it was not an easy build. You can't see the connections when assembling the sides. And then the front seat cushion had a dent from how it was packaged. Ugh. I added some extra stuffing where the dent was & that fixed it. It's very comfortable & turns smoothly. We have 2 side by side, super cute.
