Omg thisaxhune works because when I was North Carolina my nose was stop up so bad. It really helps me a lot. So when I am traveling I sure will bring with me.

Overall, this thing works well. When you first turn it on, there is a 1 to 2 second delay where you think “is this working?”, but then it gets flowing in a nice steady stream. You can do two different flows, “fast” or “slow”; to be honest, there really isn’t a lot of difference between the speeds — at least , the speeds don’t seem different in the force of the water going through your nose. It doesn’t flush out junk from your nose, just opens up and lubricates your nasal passages. I am glad it doesn’t have a strong flow; I’m guessing that would be uncomfortable. In no way is this uncomfortable. It simply makes it easier to blow your nose afterwards and then get everything out. Using the saline packets helps me a lot. My only teeny, tiny complaint is that the reservoir (there’s a “clean” one and a “dirty” one) doesn’t hold much water; just under 2 cups. You just start to think “this is feeling ok and it seems to be getting through ok” when the flow of water stops because the reservoir is empty. And that happens, even on the “slow” speed. On a few occasions, I’ve refilled it (and emptied the “dirty” one) for a 2nd flushing so that it feels like I got the job done.

My husband find that this has worked well for him. I notice he is snoring less.

Works real well. If you can get past the initial sensation of having water flushing through your nose the after effect feels great. You’ll be able to breathe again. Great relief.

After you set this device up for the first time, it's much easier to use. I like the fact that I don't need to purchase any other parts - like salt - as you do with some other products. And, the price is acceptable. Of course, it's doing a fine job for my nose.

1. After 3 months of use, the battery system began to have poor contact. 2. Last week, 8 months after receiving the product, the product was completely broken and unusable. 3. Inconvenient to clean and poorly designed. After each use, water enters the battery. The battery must be removed and wiped dry after each use.

Beware if you have prior ear issues when using this. Even with low quick pulsing, the pressure caused significant ear pain resulting in an urgent care visit. Doctor indicated no further use due to possible water causing further inflammation in ear canal. Unable to use the product and can't return it. Significant cost to find out the hard way. Also can't seem to navigate the returns process to appeal with a live contact. Only reason I left it at 2 instead of 1 is I thought the concept was a great idea but it is certainly not for everyone. Check with your doctor before using.
