Wow, this is a lot of beet root powder. Which is awesome, because I drink it daily in my smoothie. Organic - Check Smells like beets - Not really Looks like beets - Check Tastes like beets - yes, but tangentially All the beet like effects I expect - yep I have used beet root powder for a few years now. I used to juice beets regularly and always loved the pick me up I got from them - for workouts and every day life. Juicing beets is awesome. But also a pain in the but. I am now semiretired from juicing and have switched to smoothies. So enter the beet root powder. I have cycled through many version of it over the years, but the one I have settled on is a fermented organic beet root powder that is pretty awesome. But I am always open to trying alternatives so I ordered the biophix beets10x. When you open it, you are greeted with a bright pink powder that smells not like beets - more like a childhood drink powder. It's fundamentally different than my current powder that smells like beets you pick up at the grocery store. flavor is sweeter too. But, when mixed in a smoothie, I can't see or taste so it really depends on the impact. After a couple of days of swapping this for my regular powder, I am happy to report I notice no difference in impact. Workouts are the same, and I get the same little pep I always get from a lot of beet. So, from that perspective, I think this is a great supplement. I will work my way through this canister before deciding if go back to my fermented powder or keep using this, but it will take a while as this is 200 servings worth of powder. TLDR - good beet powder. I will consider using it over my current one, which I love.

I like to take a wide variety of powdered supplements because they're easy and convenient in that you can stash them in smoothies easily. This one works well for those powdered supplements that taste good- because this beet root powder supplement seems to make them all taste better! I even like to mix it into yogurt sometimes. I can't say that I notice any direct health benefits from it, but I enjoy it very much either way. It is a huge tub of it, and it lasts a very long time! I also like to add it to baked goods for color and even soups for it's flavor enhancing effect. It does have some issues with mixing and it will stick to the edges or bottom of the glass or bottle- but it's fine if blending- just don't let it sit too long before blending. I will buy this again and the price is excellent considering the quantity!
